On 10th July a large number of villagers experienced a water supply interruption caused by leakage from one of the mains pipes that Thames Water use. The problem was made worse by a general lack of information by Thames Water.
If you were one of Thames Water’s customers that had no water that day then you are entitled to £30 compensation. You should not have to apply for compensation but it sounds as though not all those affected have been credited with the £30. Worth checking your latest Thames Water bill.
